ix2iso - Type ISO characters on a non-ISO keyboard

ix2iso filename cat filename | ix2iso
ix2iso helps typing German umlauts on keyboards/applications and converting them into ISO_8859-1.
Just append a carrot (^) after a, o, u, A, O, U, and s and the script will transform the 2-char-sequence into the correponding umlaut.
